Langan Engineering
Samuel Singer is a geotechnical engineer with 18 years of experience providing engineering services for below-ground infrastructure projects throughout the tri-state area. His expertise includes excavation support, foundations, ground improvement, waterproofing, construction administration, and geotechnical-related structural design. He has successfully managed geotechnical scopes for numerous projects across the New York City region and has extensive experience in construction oversight and inspections. A dedicated industry leader, Mr. Singer is a past President of the ASCE Metropolitan Section and remains actively involved with ACEC, the Geo-Institute, and other professional organizations.
