Jamey Barbas, P.E.

Jamey Barbas, P.E., is a nationally recognized engineering executive with more than 40 years of experience in infrastructure design, construction, and corporate leadership. She currently serves as Program Director and Project Manager for the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway Triple Cantilever Project, New York City's largest and most complex transportation project. Previously, she led the replacement of the Tappan Zee Bridge with the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge and serves as a New York Commissioner on the Gateway Development Commission. She has also held senior leadership roles in global consulting firms and served as Special Advisor for State Infrastructure to former Governor Andrew Cuomo and on the 2023 National Infrastructure Advisory Council.
