Mr. Castelli brings over 20 years of experience in construction, specializing in bridge and highway projects in urban environments. He has served as a resident engineer, office engineer, and field inspector, with expertise in design-build project management, QA/QC procedures, scheduling, cost tracking, and contract administration. He is well-versed in contractor payment processes and inspector report reviews. Mr. Castelli has worked with NYSDOT, NYCDOT, and CTDOT, and is highly familiar with NYSDOT’s MURK manual, specifications, and standards.
